Whilst we appreciate sometimes only one item or two is required, it really is not cost effective to produce such small quantities. We do have a small order starting point of just 5 items. Each can be individulised and do not need to be all identical
Yes, we can make changes to a base design so you can order for different age groups for your club when going on tour for example. We can even individulise each one with a players name, for an end of season presentation.
Our price structure is based upon quantity ordered, the more you order the unit rate decreases. As with the above answers, you can obtain the quantity discount by ordering a larger amount, and personalising different amounts for different age groups or for different events.
A3 Size, usually for special occassions like a cup final. A4, the most produced and requested size. 9x7 inch, for those who may want something slightly smaller. 6x4 inch, token size, large enough for a badge and a couple lines of text.
On each product page the prices are shown by the quantity listed and you can also select the + and - sign which will add and subtract the price should you have a specific quanity required other than the set list. We cost on quantity ordered, not the size of the product, with the exception of A3 size which has a set price. You can also request our price list PDF, should you require a hard copy for meetings etc.
Yes we can make a specific custom size, they will cost more than the usual standard sizes, and they would also require fringe down all 3 sides due to them being cut to size.
Each product page will have the quantity selector, choose a standard quantity closest to what you require, then use the + and - selector to fine tune the exact quantity required. Once you checkout, you will have the option to select from a drop down "multiple Sizes", we will then contact you once you have completed checkout and obtain your order details on the sizes.
Checkout is designed for straightforward orders, those who know what they require, or just wish to re-order a previous purchase. Complicated requirements will always require a personal assesment, as will international orders, so use the enquiry form button found on each product page, or the contact page, and send your enquiry. We will be happy to guide you through the design and ordering process.
We make our product from scratch, this ensures you receive a quality product, so they do take a certain amount of time to produce.
We can fast track orders within a week, but you will not be able to checkout online for a fast track order.
You will need to call, email, or use our full enquiry form, so we can asses what you require, and when you need them by. The online checkout will not allow for any orders placed for delivery within 10 days, hence quicker deliveries require our personal attention. This ensures we can meet your deadline before you part with your funds.
A3 size are a set price, you can order those on the Clubhouse page. A4 size, 9x7 inch, and 6x4 inch, all 3 sizes are identical pricing, we cost on quantity ordered, not the size of the product. To produce all 3 sizes either use the same amount of time and materials, or as with the 6x4 inch, they do take longer to make.
There are so many variations possible with sizes, quantities and designs, it would be too complicated to work out every single variation and cost accordingly. Price by quantity ordered is by far the correct way to cost a custom made product, and ensure the customer knows straight away how much they will cost.
No it does not. In fact you obtain the quantity discount. Example, you require 25 A4 size, and 10 6x4 inch, your total is 35 items. Choose 30 items on the product drop down list, add 5 more, this shows you the cost.
When you checkout, choose "multiple Sizes" from the drop down, we will then contact you and mark your order with your required sizes/quantities.
