All Goods are sold or supplied by the Supplier "Football - Pennants.co.uk" upon the following terms and conditions with reference to the Goods to which this contract relates.
No Order by the Customer shall be deemed accepted unless a written confirmation and quotation has been received and accepted in writing.

Illustrations, photographs, descriptions, are for the purpose of example, and all materials and print quality is subject to the customer making sufficient tests for their intended use. The customer shall be responsible for applying the use of the goods to the required regulations to which the goods will be used.
Prices quoted will be valid for 30 days from the customer receiving a written quotation.
Where goods go missing in transit, we the supplier will not be responsible for goods lost or stolen once despatched. It will be the customers responsibility to recover any losses from the carrier to which they have chosen for delivery.

We, The Supplier shall be entitled to make alterations to the materials, specifications, dimensions, designs, of the Goods as the Supplier may think fit. No alterations will have an impact on quality. Or are required so that the Goods conform to applicable statutory requirements or regulations by law.


The Customer shall be deemed to have accepted the Goods by signing the delivery note for the purposes of section 35 of the Sales of Goods Act 1979 as amended. The customer is responsible for checking their goods on delivery before signing the delivery note as received and accepted as in good condition.
Printed or embroidery on the customers goods, to the customers specification, cannot be returned, only faulty or damaged goods on receipt of delivery can be returned for a replacement.
In no circumstances shall the Supplier be liable to the Customer for any consequential loss or damage (whether for loss of profit or otherwise costs, expenses or other claims for consequential compensation) whatsoever and howsoever occasioned or arising.
This contract is subject to the laws of England and Wales and all disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales
